Today is Thankful Thursday. I am actually thankful for my sisfurs today. See how they let me sleep so close to them? I chase them and aggravate them, but they must know I love them. I’m thankful that they are forgiving and kind too. It sure would be boring around here having to confuse the staff all by myself.

Hi kitties and pups and people and anyone who reads. I am thankful this Thursday for being in a multi cat family. This has many advantages to being alone. The reason I have on my mind today is that the staff doesn’t know who knocked over the trash when there are three of you. You sure can get away with a lot more when there are other suspects. Ash and I had a lot of fun looking through the staff’s trash when they went out last night. They didn’t know who to fuss at.

It’s almost Friday, this means it is Thankful Thursday. I am thankful for the control I have over my staff. I was supposed to be banned from going outside the other day. Between my sweetness and love, and my persistent yowling I got to go out anyway. I am thankful that I have trained them to do as I wish a good portion of the time. If only the ladycats here were as trainable as the staff. We could play chase and jump all day long. The other part I am thankful for is this. No matter how annoyed they get by my yowling, and demanding, I still get to curl up on their bed.

Today for Thankful Thursday I am thankful for my bed. My bed is in my room, and it is purrfect for napping on and covering in white furs. The staff sometimes calls it Mamma and Daddy’s room, but we all know whose it really is. It has more of my fur on it than theirs after all. I can lay at the top of the top of the bed and Mamma pets me until she falls asleep.
Mille got the Zombie Chicken Award and passed it to us. Daddy thought it was very cute and funny. He and Mamma watch a lot of scary Zombie movies. Here is the information that came with the award.

Here is a picture of me post nip,I kept some on my head to save for later.
I am thankful today that the Staff took me to the V last week to get that bumpy removed. I know it sounds weird for a cat to be thankful for that, but it was a bad bump we found out. The V said it was malignant, so not a good bump. When I go on Monday to have my stitches taken out he wants to X-Ray my chest (since it was a mammary bump) and make sure there is nothing going on inside. He said there was a good chance that that old bump was the only trace of bad stuff I had.
Mamma tried again to get me to talk on some video, but I only gave her one brief silent meow. Before the camera got turned on I was very chatty. Do other kitties have fun doing that? Do something cute and when the camera comes out, put an end to it? I think I kind of look yellow in this picture, because I was close to the lamp.

P.S. Ash was just playing in the boy’s laundry basket yesterday. He likes to drag his toys in there and kick and bite. He’s very funny in the plastic laundry basket because he will move it around as he walks and chases stuff.
Today I am sad because a month ago my friend Wednesday went to the bridge. I’m trying to not be sad, but to be thankful. She didn’t like me when I first got here, but she became my friend and play buddy. I am thankful for the year and a half that we got to play together. This is a picture of us when I was about five months old; since I was much smaller she took it easy on me.

I am a thankful kitty today. First I am thankful that I did not have to go back to the V today, it was postponed until next week. Also it rained and so the roofers were off yesterday, and I got plenty of sleep. The staff really should have considered our comfort and taken us to a hotel for the time they are working on it. If they weren’t being loud banging on my ceiling, Ash was loud as he ran around watching for them to fall through. They never fell through. So I was thankful for a quiet, rainy day. I am thankful for the chicken and beef we got nibbles off from the staff’s dinner. It was very nice of Mamma to help us set up this blog, and I am thankful for that, and the interesting new friends we have made. Now we get to read about kitties all over the globe.
