Our Mamma saw online today about a kitty that needs help. His name is Doakes and he was burned pretty badly in a house fire. He has a good chance at full recovery but of course it is very costly to have this happen. There is a place on Face Book about him, and a site with all of the information. It is here http://web.me.com/amandajoyce9/doakes/Welcome.html . We are sending lots of purrs over to Doakes and his family.
Boo
Hi all, Ash was being a little dramatic yesterday. Our sitter is someone who has been around us bunches and she even used to live here. She doesn’t know Boo too well, but she has been owned by cats and is kind of like family to the staff. I trust her, Ash is just. well he is Ash.
No, I am not pleased that they are going. I took it better than Boo did though. When Mamma told her Boo literally swatted her the second she finished saying it. Otherwise things are good here. Boo and I are getting along, we don’t act like sisters really, but she is here to stay and the staff likes her so what else can be done. She doesn’t mess with me so that’s good. Daddy said all siblings squabble sometimes.

Hi everykitty and pup and whomever drops by, it’s Ash here. Don’t you hate it when your beans (in our case The Staff) forget their main job in life? I will give credit; Daddy is taking me outside more. This has calmed down a lot of the kitty tension. Still I think they are nuts. I heard them tell Pinky and Boo that in less than two weeks they were leaving for a whole week. Something about vacation, and that they really need it. I’ll tell you I have never been on vacation and I’m doing fine. Can’t they just go out in the yard a couple of times a day like I do? They have delegated staff duties to a friend of theirs, but no cats own her, how will she know how to cater to us? I hope that there will be extensive pet and play training for this sitter.
I discovered a new thing that I like, it’s corn. The boy dropped his plate and his dinner. He went to pick up his pork chop bites (it was cut up), but not before I snagged me a piece. I am very quick after living outside as a homeless kitty. Then I discovered that pork chop bite was hot, he was welcome to it. I smelled around and found the corn though, and it was so delicious. Daddy finally had to pull me away so I didn’t make my tummy sick. The other kitties looked at me like I was loony, but it was good. I am letting the staff hold me for longer periods of time, and getting more and more used to home.

I read that Pinky was telling on me yesterday. I thought I should come and tell MY side of the story. It’s like this, I am bullying them, and it is a lot of fun. They don’t have to run from me, I have seen them both fight back, and we have fun. So since they are running I figure they like being chased. It sounds like it doesn’t it? I want my sisters to like me though so I am going to try and tone it down. I just get very excited. Maybe I should try some of that calming yoga the other kitties do. I will be nice to Boo and see if she will teach me.

I miss you all so much. Mamma is getting settled in her schedule though. Ash wanted to blog today but I am mad at him today. He has been hopping around flexing his muscle and bullying Boo and I. Boo usually swats him back, and they are starting to play. Me? I get scared and run like crazy. He chased Boo until she went behind the dryer and could not get out. Daddy had to get her. Any tips on getting him to be nicer to us?

I am a little sad. Mamma hasn’t taken us to visit our friends the last couple of days. She just took on a second job, and is learning a new sleep schedule. What’s up with that, learning when to sleep? They really should take lessons from us. Whatever she said she would help us visit this afternoon. This picture is of me watching Orange Kitty outside. Daddy got to pet two little baby kittens at work yesterday. There were two six-eight week old kittens out behind his work, and a lady he works with brought in a carrier, she is taking them to live with her. One is brown/black and the other was a Tuxie he said. We think he was lucky to get paid for petting cats yesterday. I hope we get to see you all this weekend.

Is everykitty having a good day? I hope so, I am sooo glad that the weekend is coming. I miss Daddy and The Boy. They did take me outside today though, and I watched The Boy mow grass.

Hi everykitty,it’s Boo. I was inspired by the flexible kitties doing yoga and picked up some poses myself. Here is my favorite one. You can see my tummy furs have still not grown back and I was spayed back in March. I wonder when I will be covered up in beautiful black furs again. It’s not so bad having a bald tummy in this warmer weather though.

I think it is a good thing for Mancats to announce awards. I am sure the Ladycats think it is good for them to do it, but that’s ok, I got it covered.
